You can browse our collections or use the search bar at the top of our website to find specific products. Filter by category, skin concern, or product type to make your search faster.
Yes! Simply click the heart icon on any product page to save it for later. You’ll need to create an account to access your wishlist.
All our products are made fresh upon order. When a product is available on the website, it can be purchased immediately. If a product is temporarily unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock.”
You can place an order as a guest. Just provide your email and shipping details at checkout. Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders more easily and save your favourite products.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We never store your payment details on our servers
Yes! Enter your coupon code at checkout to apply the discount. Only one coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Order & Shipping
Add your chosen products to the cart, follow the checkout process, provide your shipping and billing information, and click “Pay.” You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are prepared immediately upon receipt to ensure freshness. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact hello@mangoskin.co as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once fulfilment has begun
Fulfilment time: 1–20 products → 2 working days, 21–100 → 7 days, 100+ → 12 days, 1000+ → 30–60 days.
Shipping time: Depends on your location (USA 2–5 days, UK 4–7 days, EU 2–8 days). Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed rates.
Yes! After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays, or courier delays. Mango Skin is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for opened, used, sale, or promotional items, or for personal preference or skin reaction. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items delivered.
Contact hello@mangoskin.co within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process. Return shipping is usually not required unless specifically requested.
If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, The customer will cover return shipping unless otherwise instructed.
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect products. We prioritize replacements but may offer a refund to the original payment method or store credit if preferred.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7–14 business days after the claim is approved.
Customers in the EU, UK, and USA may be subject to local customs duties or VAT. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
